Devin Daniel is a composer and the founder of Music For Motion Pictures, creating original scores for award-winning narrative, commercial, and documentary films.

Non-fiction feature work includes ‘Once In A Lullaby’ (TIFF, Best Doc NJFF, WFF, Tribeca, IDA Docuweeks, Dir. Jonathan Kalafer) ‘The Satellite Sky’ (PBS, Dir. Robert Stone) After The Spill, and Dear President Obama (VICE, Dir. Jon Bowermaster).

Devin’s music has also shaped award-winning short documentaries such as ‘Aerodrome’ (Best Short, Newport Beach Film Festival), ‘Terefu and Her Children’ (PBS), ‘Restoring The Clearwater’ (Sonoma Film Festival), ‘The Wonder of The Babolink’ (D.C. Environmental Film Festival, Wild & Scenic Film Festival), as well as the environemtal documentary web series ‘The Hudson: A River at Risk’.

Most recently, Devin composed the score for the 10-part hour-long documentary series ‘Lost Arts’, a deep meditation on our food system.
